When integrating the latest LCU KB5001384 and make clean installation there is no trace of Edge anywhere. Only Edge appeared and work correctly previously when integrating its KB4584642.

A Confirmed same behaviour. On 19043 online, empty C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge folder stops Edge from being installed by LCU KB5001330 while when the folder is missing, Edge is installed. Might be intentional behaviour to avoid reinstalling after uninstall, or just a bug. This is only a technical thing, not an endorsement for not installing new Edge as it may break other things now or in the future.
