There has been a breach of compressed exe contain SFX remote code exploit. To avoid more paranoia it is best to post the .msu format and checksum for now.
Ok. So, I have these msus for Windows 10 pro x64 (pt-BR): windows10.0-kb3081438-x64.msu windows10.0-kb3081449-x64.msu windows10.0-kb3081452-x64.msu windows10.0-kb3081455-x64.msu windows10.0-kb3093266-x64.msu If I do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64, do I need to install "all" of these cumulative updates? Or do I need to install only a few? What updates do I need to install? Please, some help guys...
for sure? can I delet the other kbs? EDIT.: whait. All kbs I spoke are cumulative for os. I dont want other stuff related updates. Just the cumulative for windows 10. Where can I see the informations about these kbs You mentioned? EDIT2.: Please, read it. kb3074678 is not an cumulative update. Its an security update so it can be ignored for clean install. This update will be installed automaticaly and its a tiny one; kb3074686 is not an cumulative update. Its an security update so it can be ignored for clean install. This update will be installed automaticaly and its a tiny one; kb3087040 is flash player related update for internet explorer. its a tiny one update and its not an cumulative update. Please, if You want to help, provide correct informations. Anyway, thanks for your effort..
I did search for the kbs he mentioned and the ones I talked are not cumulative "packs". Instead, theyre point updates. So, theyre not important to grab as they are not "big" and not cumulative. So, he is wrong regardless what I asked. But I do apretiate the effort and patient to post about it. I want to know if the updates I posted are the only ones cumulative updates relased and if some make other irrelevant or if they are all needed to installation.
Do you even understand the concept of cumulative update? you only need the 6 updates drew84 posted or just spare yorself the trouble, use WU and give us a break
Why don't MS stop crap like this? And why superseded update really don't supersedes all previous stuff? Seriously, i don't like the way MS choose to deliver updates in Windows 10. It mix modern way (one big cumulative Update) with useless 'one update for one problem'.
can you provide the links to download these updates in x64 arquiteture? im searching but cant find the links.. EDIT.: nevermind. found some on the first post. Can somebody provide a script, or command line, to automatic install all msu from a folder, without restarting after each installation? restart just after all sussefully installed. or will it make some problem with windows 10?
