    This is what I used on Win 8.1(not OK) and W10 LTSB (OK). The dism (10.0.19041.1) is from an ADK6
    It works for other image handling things on 8.1 such as get-packages. I'm not sure what you mean by using custom dism. Should I have used the default dism from Win 8.1?
    Code:
    ======================= W10UI v10.12 ==========================
    [1] Target (x64): "u:\$W0\$0_WUI\x64\_LTSC_21H2\LTSC+11.wim"

    [2] Updates: "u:\$W0\$0_WUI\x64\_LTSC_21H2\Repo-Dir\Base"

    [3] DISM: "u:\$W0\ADK_6\amd64\DISM\dism.exe"

    [4] Enable .NET 3.5: YES

    [5] Cleanup System Image: YES [6] Reset Image Base: YES

    [M] Mount Directory: "d:\W10UImount_27688"

    [E] Extraction Directory: "d:\cab_18887"

    ============================================================

    Did you first integrate/install the latest SSU?

    I know SSU 1161 is the lowest version required but still.

    I had seen here a post about batch/script to clean/reset the list of available updates (database) of Windows Update panel. However, I can't find more it. I think it was posted by @SAM-R or @abbodi1406 somewhere by here. :(

    even more brute-force.bat
    Code:
    removed, you probably should listen to the expert and use the code above

    been using it extensively in 10 / 11 while I played with tpm s**t, if first time it does not do the job, the second run surely does

    @BAU
    That's reset the whole WU DB
    hardly needed, and it doesn't realy clear Update panel cache

    removing catroot2 is a recipe for disaster :)

    @abbodi1406, nothing bad ever happened, it is automatically recreated; and yes, I want the whole thing to be physically cleared, the 2-3GB of windows 11 setup esd's or whatever, during downloading or installing.
    Then in the next 10-15 seconds I can do whatever I was doing again, or simply reboot and laugh at the "installing updates" doing nothing for a second, if any.
    It's a brute-force - I don't care of the consequences :D

    Hi,
    I wanna install LTSB 2015 x64 on my old laptop from 2012 and I want to integrate latest updates for version 10240 but I don't have any idea which ones must I integrate. As I see WHDownloader does not support version 10240. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Is there any insider programme running for W10? Any info about build & beach for w10? beta/insider build is released for W10?
    or the insider programme is moved to W11 only & for W10 now it is only about general PT monthly Cu/updates?

    Not following much lately about W10/11 news about builds & branches so if anyone can enlighten me.

    Also, 1378 was the last released beta update in CAB format (fast/slow ring?) Anything released after that?

    1904x.1387.1.12, released Nov. 22. 2021, is the most current win 10 1904x update, retail channel. No later IP 1904x updates are released.

    Just frequently check the Updates Overview posts and you are uptodate.

    Ok, thanks, yeah, confused in between 1378 & 1387

    & for W10, any IP beta ring (slow or fast or another) exists or all moved to W11 only & W10 is currently left with the only retail channel?

    Or MSFT didn't provide any clear info regarding W10 IP programme & the future about IP in W10?

    There are no rings anymore, only channels. Dev and beta channels are exclusively Windows 11. Preview updates for Windows 10 are still released in the Release Preview channel, but there will be none in December due to the holidays.
