No, you don't need to install The Windows ADK, you current dism will be used and WUIcmd has oscdimg/cdimg included within the script (it is encoded and is decoded when executing the script).
For ISO creation you need oscdimg/cdimage placed directly next to the script or by installing the ADK which provides it too.
