Thank you but thats not what i asked . From what i've read one cant go straight from that iso to the newst updates . There has to be some updates inbetween . Thats what i wanted to check , because he knows and can tell me if / what i need .
For a properly updated install you need all from the updates overview linked at by @steven4554, except the du for safeOS (it goes into winre) and the du for sources (and the defender cab). For a properly updated ISO you need all, except the 22H2 EP.
I just this morning fired up an old HP EliteBook running Windows 10, it probably hasn't been powered on in 3 or 4 months (maybe longer?). Windows update went through 3 or 4 iterations, with restarts, and wound up on 19045.2251. The last update was optional, but this computer is not enrolled in preview or beta or anything like that. Looking at UUPDUMP, I can get 19044.2251 but 19045.2251 is not yet available - "UUP dump hasn't processed this update's metadata yet " ON EDIT: Nevermind, 19045.2251 is now available, running the download/build ISO right now

I've got similar question but about KB5007401 it's presented on 19042-19044 builds but it's still missing on 19045 how to check if is was superseded? it's not offering in WU SafeOS update was outdated in 22H2 builds recently so I'm not sure if this is intentional or someone at MS messed up again

I don't understand this if you look into update.mum then you'll see KB5007401 is not applicable to WinPE edition, it's only for standard client and server editions, i.e. for install.wim for winre something like WinPE-Rejuv-Package, WinPE-Setup-Package or WinPE-SRT-Package should be listed there
and I still don't get it why it's not available for 22H2 but it's still in every other lower build about that superseded thing.. so basically I should update wim file, apply resetbase and check if packages are still alive?
