I can conform that without this KB5007401 update the files "SMConfigInstaller.exe" and "WFServicesReg.exe" have version 3.5.594.9141 and with the update it's version 3.5.594.9152.
I downloaded them all and tried integrating the first one with dism and it didnt work. "An error occurred applying the Unattend.xml file from the .msu package." What am I doing wrong?
What exact update was that? And these days it is better and easier to use W10UI, it will do it the proper way.

It's strange that they added support for ServerAzureStackHCICorEdition, Server Turbine Edition in v9110. Language packs do not have such support in v9037
