This is a 511 MB update..!!! Any idea why MS have released this cumulative update to build 10240 just days before TH2.?
The last time, when I made W10 media according your table, I included Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB3105514) only and OS immediatelly asked for Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB3097617). (Just WU_Satisfy, still...). So, do you personally check it on W10 RTM clean installation?
Since I was advised to post here instead of in my own thread... The situation is as follows: my internet connection is utter dung. I scrounged the interwebz today and noticed that you can disable most if not all the "features" of W10 that eat away your bandwidth (telemetry, automatic updates), so I decided to give the system a go. I'll kindly ask my friend to "acquire" an ISO, and here a question arises - which updates should he download for me? Which of those hundreds of KBs are essential bugfixes, and which are "just" security updates and other white noise? Thanks in advance!
I don't understand why you would want to bother? It's permanent, meaning it overwrote the previous files.
