Because they are installed during oobe, last time i checked. Lemme check once more with the current last CU.
Comes anywhere from the 8th to the 14th of every month. Better way to check, the second Tuesday (usually) of each month.

@Enthousiast Strange I'm not getting promoted for the KB5020683 update when I added the KB5026037 update. But i see that the KB5026037 will update the files "acres.dll + sysmain.sdb" and the KB5020683 will update the file "cloudexperiencehostcommon.dll + resources.en-us.pri". Oh MickeySoft what have you done again.
@Enthousiast I apologize in advance, for my lack of experience (but I’m eager to learn!). Currently, I’m running Windows 10 IOT 21H2 (build 19044.4291) on an amd64 architecture. My goal is to update it to build 19045.4353. Here’s what I’ve done so far: 1. I obtained the necessary .cab files from the page that you linked in an earlier post. 2. I also downloaded and extracted the latest W10UI script into the same directory. 3. I haven’t modified the W10UI script content, and the cab files have the correct file extensions. 4. When I run the W10UI script with administrator privileges, I encounter a problem. After selecting option “0” to start the process, nothing happens. 5. I tried manually choosing the location of the update files, even that did not work either (getting "Error: specified location is not valid") 6. Location example: C:\Users\Noob\Downloads\Win10UI I’m puzzled about what might be going wrong. If you could kindly guide me through the installation process for this feature update, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you for your patience and assistance.
This usually happens when incorrect files are presented or missing files. Can you show the cmd window when you start it?
Thank you so much for your prompt response and guidance! I've identified that the naming of the .cab files to be the issue, and after correcting it, the script ran smoothly. However, upon restarting the machine, the Windows version remains unchanged. Additionally, the script indicates that all updates are installed, and it's unable to detect the .NET 3.5 source folder. Any insights on resolving these challenges? Thanks once again for your help!
First of all IoT as in LTSC 2021? If yes, there's next to zero point in "updating" it from 19044 to 19045. Second Check the W10UI readme.txt to see where it expects to find net3.5 source. If you already have net3.5 enabled, there's no reason to "re-enable" it again. It just gets updated by a .net LCU if there is one available. Other than that, you're up-to-date.
