After updating the LTSC 2021 ISO with UUP first as instructed by massgrave, I only got these three after install
LTSC is not on UUP. We are here on MDL not on massgrave, the instructions and info from the linked Updates Overview is complete and here you can find all examples and ask questions directly.
I understand, I don't want to offend someone by implying massgrave is "better/more knowledgeable" (I linked it here and on the other conversation we had), I've been and trusting people on MDL more than a decade before massgrave My question is basically answered by your list that is what updates are offered if I install the initial official LTSC 2021 from 2021, as .net 4.8 is included too. I'm thinking to use UUP to get the updates automatically and then .net 4.8 that it doesn't include it, to basically have to manually only get 3 files instead of more than 10. It saves times because every month there are 4 than I want without monthly official ISOs: Win10 LTSC x86, Win10 LTSC x64, Win10 SAC 22h2 x86 ESU, Win10 SAC 22h2 x64 ESU
I am a staffmember there too but it mostly is theoretical and no direct info to explanation relation, here all is directly accessable. Just install the base cab and the cu, and be done with it. You can get all needed updates from catalog links in my Overviews, so maybe automate downloading the catalog links. I do it manually, it is just 2 or 3 updates for 10 per month, there is just a small difference between 10 ltsc and normal 10, those updates won't change anymore.
This seems like the most efficient way. I've made an excel to easily update only the ones that get updated each month from your post Question 1: "kb5020683 OOBE" is x64 and arm64 only, no x86? Question 2: Is "kb5015684 22h2 enablement package" needed for official "*_windows_10_*_editions_version_22h2_updated_oct_2025_*" ISOs? As they are already 22h2
I just keep the updates in a folder and exchange the updates who are new, with every new update No x86 is not available nor needed, x86 will not get a new major release. The lists are based on 19041, best to use a 19041.1 ISO (made on UUP dump). That one is already 22H2, W10UI will skip the 22H2 EP anyways but read the previous line

always prefer full builds, but in this case it doesn't matter in the case of Windows 11 cumulative updates don't have any apps in the UUP set, and the UUP dump website adds them as a hack
From the same link I can apply also the "How to create an Enterprise only ISO" instructions, to get a .1 Enterprise ISO that then I can update with W10UI as we said right?
