    KB3124200 for 10586 fixes the over-a-month-old BitLocker hardware encryption bug, which was also resolved on build 11082.

    This does not apply to the Windows installation.
    This installation media (ISO) "X: \ sources" modifies library files for each.

    And clean install -> ISO amendments (KB3116906 - boot.wim index2 and winre.wim).

    All ISO media;
    KB3124260 -> x:\sources\

    KB3116906 in turn;
    x:\sources\boot.wim\2\ and
    x:\sources\install.wim\n\Windows\System32\Recovery\winre.wim

    where
    'x' ISO driver ID. (D, E etc.) and
    'n' Windows 10 index (Core, Pro, Enterprise etc.)​
