Why do I still receive those two recent updates when I uninstalled Internet Explorer from my Windows 10?
Overview updated (NEW KB3132372 Flash links added - Thanks abbodi) Supersedes: KB3119147 on Windows 10
If this package exist you will get the update, regardless of IE/Edge presence Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-Package
The latest flash update kb3132372 is giving a lot of people errors when trying to start a game (also on 8.1), after uninstalling the update the games/apps will work okay. Update: The problem only occurs in 10586 not in 10240.
Apologies, checked there first before posting... must have mixed it up with another update. Unfortunately I never obtained the original link... As far as I can tell apparently, this patch can no longer be downloaded (Pulled?) from the Microsoft Update Catalog so there may be no way to retrieve the update, unless you are still be able (If running x86) to access the one you downloaded previously via Windows Update. C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\b0a5da1b24245bc4237166e09bae92da\ Once again, ... apologies.
At tenforums.com I read 10km long thread about KB3122947, where everybody is excited about DISMing the CAB, which is IMHO empty anyway, but nobody is able to capture x32 files... Request: 1. Who has the files: windows10.0-kb3122947-x86.cab setrstor_x86.exe from: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download, where they are stored under names like 32e1b6453a46c51a2543b64216c7 ...please pack them and post them here. ...or calculate SHA1 hashes for both files, so we download them from MS. 2. Or who has KB3122947 installed on x32 system, post to MEGA the file: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\DataStore.ebd (You will need to stop WU or BITS service to get an access to EBD file.)
How do you get those links like "hxxp://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/crup/2015....." ? Can somebody explain please ?
Anybody else have a problem with explorer.exe (windows explorer) and control.exe (control panel) crashing?
