It's not interesting, but it interesting to know what these cumulative updates fixing and we don't get enough details about them.
That is often the bone of contention with cumulative updates. At least, we should be able to know what changes are going to be made to our system after installing them.
For those that are curious: in comparing the new update (KB3136562) to the previous one (KB3124262), the only thing new is explorer.exe (now ver 10.0.10586.79 [from 10.0.10586.0]). And the UBR value shown in winver has been bumped from .71 to .79. ------- Here's what was newly added for x64 (wasn't in previous update): amd64_microsoft-windows-explorer_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.10586.79_none_d58cd3042a9b2254.manifest wow64_microsoft-windows-explorer_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.10586.79_none_dfe17d565efbe44f.manifest And here's what was updated to a new ver: amd64_microsoft-windows-coreos-revision_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.10586.79_none_6259467ac0dd7b96.manifest
