@terenet the smallest size I got with NTLite in version 1909 without compromising important features and without integrating .NET 3.5 was 771 MB for ISO and 662 MB for install.esd. To get less than that I would have to remove support for printers, VPN, mobile internet (4G) among other things. With windows 8.1 I believe it is possible to get less than 700 MB but with windows 10 I think it is very difficult or requires a lot of knowledge.

But the size of the ISO does not make the slightest difference in performance what matters is the services running in the background so with an ISO of 800 MB or 900 MB you will not notice any differences.

Search for "ivankehayov" in piratebay. Your last ISO which is based on LTSC 2019 is around 900 MB and appears to be very stable. In addition he is a known member here on the forum.

The editions of "ivankehayov" are truly unique. I think he really understands cutting Windows. Has this guy tried to make Windows 10 up to 702MB. Are there any contact details for him here in the forum.

"ivankehayov" has uploaded the following edition these days - Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC x64 v20.12 lite (ivankehayov) Win10.LTSC2019.x64.lite.v20.12-IK.iso (887 MB) (SHA1: 5960469B83D1A76F5D3F7EAABA3FE0E89B2C2C40) (based on en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_74865958.iso) This is a lite version of Windows 10 LTSC x64 made by me - ivankehayov. All updates until end of December 2020 are integrated into image including .NetFx 4.8.

Does this person make stable releases? 887mb are small, but is it stable and withstands system crashes.

I use it on my personal PC and laptop and It works. It's just that you'll have to do a lot things manually f.e installing drivers/apps.

With 20H2 Installing in audit mode, sysprepping and capturing, adds a good amount of MBs to the wim.

@terenet: had you ever try to 'clone' the life edition you talk about to an internal (or even external) HDD?

I never did that with a 'life' Windows, just with some life Linux and most of them worked that way. Life versions are bootable, so it may work for Windows too.
