Why posting it then, if you don't even know if it's homebrew or altered in any way?

The iso can be the same but it's origin is from UUP conversion source.

Did anyone install this from adguard's ent x86 iso? i tried using rufus, msmg toolkit and many other tools but i'm unable to show it as a bootable drive in my uefi system upon startup.

    Your UEFI system is 64bit.

Is there any way to install this on my system without converting to MBR?

MS supports only 64bit for UEFI boot, at least on PCs.

MSFT supports UEFI on both x86 and x64 systems, but most pc's won't have x86 cpu's anymore but tablets do, mine ran natively x86 8.1 on UEFI (Asus T100TA laptop/tablet).

If you've read the whole thread you might have noticed that only x86 windows was offered the wrong upgrades ;):)
