I dont understand all the fuss about activation. From what I understand everyone on KMS/daz-loader activated products will receive the windows 10 upgrade, and in the couse of this upgrade will obtain genuine validation. Essientally people have to july 29 2016 to install 7 or 8 with an activator and upgrade to 10 for a 100% legit OS. From there on out you can clean install 10 a million times and retain you activation as long as you remain in the same hardware. And even after the free upgrade ends, there will always be a way.... ITs WINDOWS!!

Maybe you can educate us on the correct way to manage updates in WINDOWS 10 ENTERPRISE. You mean click defer as a management stratagy or 3rd party software or is there a open way of allowing you to see what there is offered and having a choice what you do regarding installing drivers and other updates. We will wait to see if there is a fix for this since I am the only one that thinks this is a big deal. I have never been one to automatic update, that is my choice, and do not fall prey to malware as we all know providing reasons that prey on others misguided fears is not a reason at all. So you believe there is no reason to be concerned of the lack of choice. We understand your envolvement and passion on this issue and your defence of this direction clearly shows, as you have mentioned, is not much of a big deal for you.

I read here because some of the most brillant computer minds find relaxation here and we have the honor of them educating us less fortunate.

I have increased my understand of many aspects of the computer such as firewalls, virtual machines, vpn's, routers, linux and much more just because of the sharing that goes on here. If you think it all has to do with a windows operating system and stealing so be it. Yes this site also gives us the arena to test and evaluate new windows OS and maybe some find that windows 10 is not a step up from 8 which in turn is definitely not one from 7 for a business environment. You should understand some may hope for something just a bit better.

This is MDL and we hope you like what it stands for or have some idea of what it does stand for as than we are all very fortunate to have your input also. You must understand that early M$ was not too much different than most of the ones here, you know prior to it being boarded by the kids with their phones and self centered moral standards. For some an OS is not all about multi-media and idle pleasure, for heaven sakes GET SKYPE is now a pinned app on there start menu. Weather, groove music, money, news, people, store are all applications that appear in the start menu, they appear to be more like favorites to be inserted in a browser to me. Nope now they are all in the start menu and most you can not get rid of or uninstall they just sit there cluttering the menu with us having no choice to group them into one file. It is what it is and if you think I am here just to pirate this latest offering you are welcome to your conclusions.

    Regards

When you guys say upgrade from Windows 8.1 KMS to Windows 10 to get the permanently activation and then do a fresh install, the fresh install is boot the iso and formatting the HDD or is do a fresh install via recovery on the windows definitions?

That's the point you don't understand. It's none of MS's business if and when I change my hardware. Also, some people run virtual machines, where you setup a VM just to test something and maybe that VM becomes a permanent install. That VM may even just have local network access.

Some people's home network can essentially resemble a small company. :>

If they give out licenses for free, that's fine. It means they don't care and you can as well use a KMS emulator.

Hi. I 'll tell my experience with a clean-clean install in a new drive. No W8.1.
I used a W10 Pro x64 DVD image from TPB.
I skip the input of the key and the activation and all was going OK.
After that I entered the last key from MS site for W10 PRO and restart.
For activation I use KMS_VL_ALL from s1ave77 ( thanks !!! ), and was working excelent.

Now I have W10 with key, activation for 180 days and all the updates !!!

Before that try, I used the standard method of clean install over al W8.1 activated, installed in another notebook also without problems. In that case, no need to insert key and finished installaton already activated.

Hope this 2 examples helps somebody. :D

Piracy aside, that's just wrong. Where I live, I can buy a box of Windows in a store and then crack the s**t out of it to disable any phoning home I don't like. It's in the law. So that corporate ass-licking goes right out the window.

And pirates do whatever the hell they want anyway.

You are obviously a very stupid person and unable to read. You call it "ass-licking", but if you had read the entire post you would be more enlightened. However, since you aren't capable of critical thought or even debating (rather, 1 line childish whines), keep using Windows 10 and then coming on here and whining about it. Yes, that is very mature.

    You're still wrong.

Edit: This is about activation. Your tirade against Windows in general and MS' business model is completely off-topic. Just because people care about phone home activation doesn't mean they don't care about all those other things, which just are completely beside the point here. The first paragraph was nothing but "corporations have all rights, people have none".

And MS cannot do whatever they want with their software. There isn't just the corporate fascism state of America, there are many countries on this planet, some even with sane laws that protect people's rights over those of corporations. Imagine that.

It's not off topic at all, but your post above was where you were whining about MS invading your privacy. Now, it sounds like you are a legal expert. What will it be tomorrow? You are just mad because I blew a huge hole in the: "It's none of MS's business if and when I change my hardware" comment. Thanks, this has been really fun today.
