If it were 2x4GB maybe, but with 4+2 mismatch, being amd system, it might run even worse than under 32bit with 4GB usable

In the past OEMs sold AMD crap with 6 and even 12GB to spike the hardware a bit.

These APUs absolutely hate mismatched RAM.

When the BIOS tunes timings it will tune to the weakest link, seemed to be an even bigger problem in past generations.

Ok guys, as per your recommendations, I will evict the 2 GB RAM and will install the 32 bit version of windows 7 compact thin pc in it
Can anybody tell me from where I can download the latest and updated version of it?

I studied the soul of this computer at length and thoroughly and came to the conclusion that it could not be make run faster in any way, because no other (faster processor) could match. So, there is no replacement.
There is only E-450 which is 1.65 GHz and not worth the cost of the upgrade, it will not run faster.
Don't waste time with it, install some other OS, but not Windows 10x64. If Win 10, then only some core x86 or some other light version version may run on it.

    • Windows Embedded Standard 7
You need to configure the OS image first. You will get truly permanent activation using the appropriate runtime key.
    • Windows Embedded POSReady 7
Pre-configured, but some people may consider it bloated. Opt for KMS activation, as no OEM:SLP key for this SKU has been leaked yet.
    • Windows Thin PC
Lighter than POSReady, but there are a few limitations. Opt for KMS activation.

You may test and try ReviOS 64bit 20H2, which is fully based on Windows 10 Pro 64bit 20H2! Just google for more info and the free download of ReviOS, which is available as 64bit only!

Another way would be the use of Linux! PuppyLinux is one of the really best for low-power Machines! Just also google for the free PuppyLinux!

I run both on an old Acer Aspire One 722 with 2 Core AMD C60 CPU 1GHz!, and 4GB of RAM ReviOS 20H2 64bit and BionicPup PuppyLinux 64bit.
ReviOS works quite well for that low-powered machine and BionicPup 64 just rune great!

If you like, you could get full Remote-Access to the running ReviOS 64bit on that Acer 722. Just send a PM with your real email address and I'll send you the connection data! In that way, you could test Windows 10 Pro (ReviOS 20H2 64bit) to get a real idea about the working! That access will just be time-limited, not for all times,

But my machine processor is really slow as compared to yours
I don't think ReviOS will run great, is there any good and optimized windows 7 OS out on the net like this ReviOS
And when I am using the browser like chrome with other apps, it is running like hell

    My Acer 722 has just 2 x 1GHZ CPU (AMD C60!)! your with 1.6GHZ x 2 is faster compared to the C60!
With the fully installed and original Windows 10 Pro 64bit, it's a pain in the A## to run on the AO722! And again, that with a 1GHz CPU!
Windows 7 is simply outdated! I wouldn't run that!
The best alternative at all is to use Linux! That BionicPub PuppyLinux works great and fast, with much fewer resources needed! You could simply try that to run from a USB Flash Drive! The use of CPU power is very low and the same regarding the Memory! And that as on a 64bit OS!

ReviOS again is optimized to run on low-powered machines, just, every Windows OS is hungry for Resources, so ReviOS! Compare to the full Windows 10 Pro 64bit, ReviOS just run much better! Just try it out!

And to mention, don't think that an SSD will bring a lot on old slow machines, it didn't. On the AO722 I used a 250GB Samsung SSD and changed that to a 500GB WD Black Scorpio HDD (7200rpm!) and there aren't any differences!

Nor forget, some of those problems are simply hardware-related, regarding very outdated hardware. For the Web-Connection, the use of an external or USB WiFi adapter, with 300 or more Mbps, is recommended. I use an internal 300mbps 5GHz Dongle and it works with 250mbps down and 150-200mbps up!

Anyway, keep in mind even a slow computer will always work faster than you! As long as you didn't need to use that machine for huge graphics, videos etc., even a slower machine will do the needed work. Complex Web connection is a different 'game'!

External USB Wifi options are max. as fast as the USB version, it's connected to, can handle.

The QT is a simple system hard/software query tool, it puts out reports in txt format.

And as I also was mention before, just download one of that PuppyLinux (I like that BionicPub64), create a bootable USB Flashdrive with 8GB from it, boot it and try it out just from USB! Have fun!

    Edit and Add:
You could also download Ventoy to create a bootable USB Flash Drive 16GB recommended at least. After having that bootable USB, just copy the downloaded ISO files, as an example for PuppyLinux to that USB Drive, boot from it, and choose one of those ISO files. That will start as a Life Linux directly from that USB Drive and you could easily check it out without the need of installing it first! A good way to test another OS too!
