Just in case you don't like Automatic Driver Installation via Windows Update:
    Disable Automatic Device Driver Download
    1. Open File Explorer and go to This PC.

    2. Then click on System Properties

    3. Under the Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings group, click on Change settings.

    4. Click on the Hardware tab.

    5. Under the the Device Installation Settings group, click on Device Installation Settings

    6. Now click on No, Let me choose what to do, then select Never Install Drivers from Windows Update.

    7. Click on Save Settings, a system reboot is then necessary for the changes to take effect.

To enable the automatic download again, just repeat steps 1 trough 5 and then choose Yes, do this automatically

So if I got it right it must be like this(sorry I'm a perfectionist guy and I don't want to run into any errors :p ):

    1)Find a good Windows 7 SP1 torrent
    2)Find DazLoader torrent
    3)Boot into DvD
    4)Format C:\
5)Install Windows 7 SP1 (I will have turned off the internet because I don't want it to download any updates or anything)
6)When I boot into Windows 7 SP1 I use the DazLoader to activate it(internet is off)
7)I mount Windows 10 .iso with Daemon Tools and upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7(internet is off)
8)I now have Windows 10(internet is on)
9)I check to see if Windows 10 is activated(internet is on)
10)If it's activated I go into Settings and clean install from there(internet is on)

    Is that it? xD x)

Damn... I've tried the slmgr method (and also MTK) without success in a VM clean install. :(

The Upgrade process still needs a net connection to send the data to MS Activation Servers.

So is there absoulutely no way to go upgrade a key from win 8 to win 10 on win 10 itself? Or are we waiting for the 29th to know for sure and everything else is just speculation?

ofc murphy-78! :D I loved his releases back in Windows 7 till Windows 8.1 came out and I found drillbell simple and untouched up-to-date .ISOs which would require only KMSpico to activate. Simple as that. :D Going to tpb like... NOW!

Generally it seems that using any Win 7/8/8.1 keys on Win 10 isn't supposed to happen. According to Daz, Win 10 isn't able to handle them in any way.

No, there is none. The pkeyconfig of Windows 10 has no field to accept older 8.x keys.
