Erm, I changed many settings in UEFI (deactivated stuff I don't use) and after reboot my insider activation is gone . I also noticed my key is now different. Surprisingly enough, in Store I can check if my Windows is original and guess what? It is. I don't really want to waste time to install my original win 8.1 and then 10 again... Why u do tis to me, MS?
its better not ask ..mdl admins/mods know better..i really want ask the same but its not nice ask why you banned him and others..happened..
I would also like to know if you can phone activate it back. This could affect systems with dual bios(es) or those with a back up bios which has a different setting or firmware from the main bios.
ehe, Enterprise LTSB is certainly the wish (confessed or not) of all of us... and when all the bunch of enterprise versions are leaked anyone will know how to know/distinguish which of them is the Ltsb? ps: lstb is related to the type of license (inserted key) or are they different files from other enterprise versions?
By checking what indexes are inside install.wim and seeing if one of them is "EnterpriseS" which corresponds to LTSB.
You just described how most of the religions of this planet operate and behold most of the earth's population buy into that rubbish with ZERO evidence provided.
There's the few who'll believe in what's being said and them that won't, but Windows activation is a little harder to judge I think what most of us can agree on is that causing a panic doesn't achieve anything. We already know what works and what doesn't and Microsoft hasn't put out any warnings e.g. telling people that if they've upgraded too early that they'll need to reinstall their previous OS to redo everything. So it's best for everyone to remain calm and wait until the 29th to see what happens.
I updated my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 with the ISO from Wzor, then did a clean install. Windows 10 is activated but I'm wondering if the "Next" link under Control Panel - System is normal? When click on it, a pop-up open to enter the product key.
