For anyone who wants ISO of 10537: The only leaked ISO of 10537 is homebrew from ESD file. You may ask @Enthousiast for link, since I'm not really able to upload it because it is 5.3GB. %windir%\servicing\sessions and check out all xml files in any build. You will notice that starter was the first edition installed and then it was upgraded to final edition. No, because to create proper Windows 10 Starter image you need a Windows build which had broken staging cleanup. The only known builds with this problem are 10537 and 10540. You can only create starter if you have all required packages for it. Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-Starter-Package which leaked with some of RS2 builds is not enough to create proper Windows 10 Starter image. You will get half-assed Starter that will not be able to be upgraded to anything.
Also the half-assed version won't let you login at all even if you manage to enable the built in Administrator - complaining about sessions
I was able to get Windows 10 Insider Preview 15019 (rs_prerelease) amd64 installed, and runnings as Starter,, with a little modding. Can some one POST a link to these Packages (ANY Version} please, because with these Packages, i would not need to do a little modding. I'm not going to say here who it was, because I don't want this person to lose their FTP access for sharing files.

There is no script to download. I had to recreate manifest files required to install this edition manually.
There is no metadata ESD for CloudE in any other versions besides the ones that leaked. The CloudE and CloudEN files that can be found are Edition subpackages. The main manifest that defines edition is not available and has to be recreated manually.
