there is no difference between MSDN and VLSC if we exclude license agreeement but otherwise they are the same, so long as you have MSDN versions here, you should use them and download them with the language that you want.
The difference between MSDN and VLSC iso's = MSDN also has multiple editions iso's and ESD's and the (converted) iso's are OEMRET VLSC has only single index iso's/esd's and are Volume (kms client key already inserted by MSFT) Enterprise is for both the same. All are available in all languages at the second post of the ESD Repository.
Thank all for answering Yes, I know the difference..my question arises only because in the past I always found untouched vlsc iso for multiple lang (obviously only those that had checksums different than the msdn version) to create SVF for sharing with the Italian community. If current possible, to have change Win 10 v1703 updated July 2017 multiple ko-KR ISOs (x86 and x64) or SVF files? I got only Ent from Gezoesloog's SVF site. TIA. Never mind. I can use adguard techbench DL and can get Combined ESD x32 and x64 (with multi indexes)and then can convert to ESD2ISO and extract what I wanted ISOs respectively. It will be build 15063.483 for July 2017 and will update with W10UI to make build 15063.540. Thank you all.
Actually very few languages get July ME version update. Only Enterprise released in all language. That's why you didn't find ME version in ko-KR.

[GUIDE] Making patch files (.svf) with SmartVersion Edit: If you want ISO from SVF patch than: Download SVFX. Put SVFX, Source ISO and SVF patch in one folder. Open SVFX and hit Extract. After few seconds you should get ISO you want in the same folder. This can also be done in SmartVersion but SVFX is kinda easy.
