The problem is that 15063 july isn't released as Multiple Editions iso in all languages and contains just 2 indices and the 16299.15 iso are Full AIO iso's. I will give it a go with the en-US iso's, will report back asap.

The source is MVS ISO's (MSDN is no more). But the 16299.15 Techbench iso's are the same as the MVS iso's, only different naming. Plus 15063 july updates is not available at techbench.
