@Kondoroichin Have you created those patches by yourself? Source ISO is showing as "ja_windows_10_multi-edition_version_1709_updated_nov_2017_x64_dvd_100289906". In this case I can't help you because I don't know which ISO you've used as Source or Target and it looks like you've mixed filenames too.
@Kondoroichin Those patches are by GezoeSloog. So the source ISO is: Code: en_windows_10_multi-edition_version_1709_updated_nov_2017_x64_dvd_100290211.iso But you're using VL edition as source and the screenshot you've given is also very confusing. Anyway, just follow the post just above yours and you'll get what you need. You'll find SVF patch created from VL edition.
Many TKS @ GezoeSloog I was able to convert ISO without problem from the adviced_file (exe). (I was able to confirm the SHA - 1 and get the correct answer.)
