you know, you could do it by yourself very easily.
all you had to do is to follow this great tutorial to be able to create svf from source and target iso.
or you could also use the script by @GezoeSloog that allows to do the same but much faster.

 

I know how to make an svf. The reason I was asking for one was so I wouldn't need to download a full ISO. (Which is the reason for svf's in the first place)

Now I have fi_windows_10_enterprise_2015_ltsb_x64_dvd_6848462.svf and en_windows_10_enterprise_2015_ltsb_x64_dvd_6848446.iso.
How I can make now Finnish ISO? I don't know how to use SVF eXtractor.

I don't get it working
It don't find english iso when I look it in Path.
