I want only ltsc iso, but I can´t manage to understand the proccess of the conversion. Isn´t it possible to just download the iso? (just asking, please, understand that I mean no offence!)

I get lost for example in "EntS EVAL en-US x64>Full 2019 LTSC x64 ISO", does this mean that it is needed to make a transformation from the evaluation iso to the full iso?

Is there a main guide for the "find the file, transform to full and apply lang pack" proccess?
