who's your internet provider, john? tough luck in your area, I guess. maybe start switching to faster providers if they are available (and affordable) my family got spectrum cable internet up to 100Mbps in southern california, usa in early 2018 after ditching at&t dsl internet w/ 3Mbps speed. takes between 5 to 10 minutes to download a 1Gb file with spectrum internet.
