Sorry that I haven't looked deep enough before asking, I am doing it as we speak but I'm repairing someone else laptop and kinda in a hurry so I was wondering if it's possible to make a language pack out of SVF or another ISO with different language already integrated (dism extract maybe?)

I have put on 2016 LTSB EN_US since this one I use for my main PC, but I have trouble locating the MUI installer or DISM update package for it.

Second best option, enterprise features really not that needed, I just used LTBS because it got rid of bloat and I got used to it, it doesn't have to be Enterprise or LTBS anyway, Pro is enough, nor LTBS for that laptop, but still I would need to make an ISO with both languages I need, so I still need MUI or

It has to be 1607 because it will be heavily configured to behave like Win7 and most of those utilities do not support the rapid updating of Win10 as well as utility creators have quit, such as Classic Shell. The user who will use the PC will not use the new start menu, so the most uptodate Win10 is out of the question.

Preferrably I'd have the DISM package so I can make an ISO so I don't have to deal with languages ever again.

I'm just learning SVF. I have MVS Business ISO 17763.1 (created by SVF2ISO by using the Enterprise trial), and want to update the ISO to .253 (January refresh). Can I get a .253 SVF file (MVS business) and update my original ISO, or how does that work?

    Thanks.

You would need a svf patch from 17763.1 >>> 17763.253

    or

    17763.1 >>> 17763.107 >>> 17763.192 >>> 17763.253

    or

use svf2iso CMD for a direct download of a 17763.253 ISO.

Ahhh, got it. I used the CMD to get a direct ISO. So, you usually increase to the next build if you have that patch, unless someone makes a specific patch that covers multiple builds. If you want to apply a SVF to an ISO, obviously it will ask for the SVF file name, but will it also ask for the ISO to patch, or does it expect it to be in the same directory and be named a certain way? Thanks.

Could someone post the latest SVF for "en_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x86".

The latest I could find was for this ISO:
    en_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x86_dvd_1df040b1.iso
