Probably depends on site to site, I don't think DMCA is that active. most sites use it as an excuse to keep the files and traffic low and remove the files themselves. i.e.GezoeSloog and wzor use cloud mail to host these kinds of files very publicly and still, files are not deleted. but mega removed your files quickly. In the removal of files from your 0x0.st repo, I checked the removal logic and found that the files which were most likely generating high traffic, removed first and fewer traffic files (x86 and old win10) were removed very later. and the reason was given 'legal'. Is cloud mail going against DMCA to fight for piracy the same as pirate bay? nah, I don't think so.
