According to Jason Howard (MSFT), they have no plans for new 1903 ISOs (but all is possible), probably 1909 is next.

I mentioned 1803 because the support will stop soon and I hope that the problems of version 1903 will be solved in version 1909 19H2. Or extend the support period for version 1803 As for version 1809, I think it was a failure of Microsoft What do members and experts think about this?
