Are these SVF package additional updates, which is not released to public or a package that consists of all upgrades over base RTM ( 10240 )? Briefly, I got all updates from WU. Should I install SVF's that share in here as well?
They convert one iso into another iso version. You won't get anything that you wouldn't get from MS if you have deep pockets.

The svf patches posted in the post 2 by Threat uses msdn iso(en_windows_10_enterprise_x64_dvd_6851151.iso) as the base iso regarding the x64 svf patches? When I apply those x64 svf patches to the enterprise iso(en_windows_10_enterprise_10240_x64_dvd.iso) which I got by decrypting the windows store esd file(10240.16384.150709-1700.th1_cliententerprise_vol_x64fre_en-us_54d610e4e51a30e8f3e2e404cb3694e2af376756) i always get an error.
You have to use en_windows_10_enterprise_x64_dvd_6851151.iso as source and then you use the svf file to create a new another iso. always you must verify the checksums & filename open the svf file & look/verify the name/checksum of source
Sorry for the question but what is this svf repository? Integrate windows update to the original msdn to create an update iso?

Thanks to the OP now made iso of x64 LTSB N from my all ready obtained Enterprise, Gonna install that eddition as I dont use the store, apps, Speach thing, WMP or their browser so its pefect saves disabling them all now a bit off topic but other thread a mish mash of info, what is the best method for disabling this telementary thing tia
