Guys,
How do I create the LTSB version?
I have the Enterprise x64 ISO (3.44GB) and I have the corresponding SVF file (29.4MB).
Now what? The OP doesn't explain what to do, or where he got those SVF files.

Wasn't there supposed to be a direct ISO to download from MSDN (which I was hoping someone would share), without messing around with unknown SVF files?
Sorry for those noob questions, or for maybe being out of line here.

Haven't tried it yet, but since LTSB is a different SKU, then it is probably ONLY able to access LTSB (unless you join Insider Program, I guess).

Try checking what WU Branch you're pulling from by going to regedit and checking HKEY MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWSSELFHOST>APPLICABILITY

Should show LTSB under Ring or something.

First of all,the correct form is ungrateful.
And...However you think at it,DataFileHost wasn't,isn't,and will never be as safe as a cloud service would.
There's always a big difference between a secured cloud servicing site and a suspicious one like yours.

I don't provide tutorials as it's up to you read how to use SVF files.

As for why not full ISO files - well if you want to pay for my bandwidth and a fast secure server to upload them too for public use then fine Otherwise better learn to use SVF until some magnets or other links are posted from the extracted files.

 

1. Download this: smartversion.com/smartvs30.zip
2. Extract smv.exe from the .zip file to the same folder as the ISOs and SVFs.
3. Copy-and-paste the following into Notepad, save it into the same folder, name it something like SmartExtract.cmd and then double-click it.

Why would someone pay for your ''secure server to upload'' when you could always choose a free one?

Choose a free one, by all means please do, Threat is offering to help people acquire files and all you can do is make waves. How about you get a free server setup and you upload the files to share with someone. Id be the first to use your bandwidth. I promise.

why you all want the LTSB version..??

afaik it will not have the new EDGE browser and will not get feature updates.
i mean it will not get feature updates even if you WANT them.
it´s feature locked. only when a new LTSB release comes out you are able to update.

that is what our M$ relation at work told me in the past.

yeah almost 3000 viewing the boards and the plugin started killing the server performance, probably only reason we are using it now because its off
