no EDGE is a good thing for many, I think the browser sucks You can use Wsus to update at your own convenience adding features isn't for everyone. Mission critical uses are important to not have any changes except those they choose to do. also, you get much more privacy
but it is correct that you don´t even get the new features if you WANTED them? that´s not so good i think.
no it´s not new but many will choose LTSB and don´t know the downside. in case you want a new feature you are out of luck as it seems with the LTSB installation.
They need to investigate before install anything In my opinion the best edition is still the "normal" enterprise. You get the possibility to defer the feature updates. So when you receive it you have "almost" sure it won't break your system.
yes that´s how i see it too. LTSB looks good at first sight but then you are stuck. the normal enterprise look like the best compromise for 99% of all users. yet most seem to want the LTSB version from what i read on different forums.
Yes they want because AFAIK you can stop updates and choose what you want to install. That's what I heard. But maybe what they don't know is that they want get any new features. But if you don't want new features LTSB is just fine.
Because some people don't like M$ crap bloatware apps, M$ spy, unstable system ... etc. And they like know what is happening with their system.
With windows you never have idea what is going on deep inside your system. Windows came with features and they will implemented new features in the feature. So, follow your line of thinking, windows 10 is bloatware since the first release because it has features....
Ok. I did it before,so... Because they got a free could service for uploading&downloading files as well.
i wonder why they use windows or want to update to windows 10 at all??? they have no problems updating from 8.1 to 10 but suddenly microsoft will become evil and they don´t want any future feature updates. that´s a little bit schizo... or not? i see it like service packs... at some point you will install them anyway. and you had no choice to exclude stuff from service packs in the past.
I tried download the x64 files posted, but when I click download it gets this error. "The file you are trying to access does not exist. This might be because the URL you accessed was changed accidentally."
Have anyone actually installed the LTSB version and confirmed it does not feature Microsoft Edge? I thought that was a rumour floating around on the web, but not confirmed by Microsoft?
