I have some questions about Windows 10 Enterprise. I think the best version to use is this.

1 . So, with this version, we can perform directly a clean install or we need to upgrade from Windows 7 Enterprise?
2 . Can we install Windows 7 Enterprise activated with DazLoader and upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise?
3 . Is it possible to activale permanente Windows 10 Enterprise?

KMS activated. Use KMS tools found in here. Is not permanent but renewal of activation, every 180 days. Some KMS activators in here can renew every 7 days, etc.
1. Do a clean install.
2. There's no need to do that due Windows 7 Enterprise is not upgradable edition.
3. Yes. Buy a key and it will be activated/licensed permanently.

Since you cant manually control updates in LTSB version via group policy, now whats the advantages of LTSB enterprise?

it is the downloadable version from MS site, 90 days evaluation of Windows 10 Enterprise x64 (non-LTSB)

I'm still downloading so can't compute sha1 hash yet ...

web searching says the sha1 hash is
