The group policy doesn't work on Pro or normal Enterprise, but it does work on LTSB enterprise (requires more than one policy change) after a reboot.
Not for me then. I'm currently typing from my main OS which is normal 64-bit Enterprise that has been installed since July 16. I changed the same policies exactly (disable automatic updates immediate installation, configure updates to notify to download and even software notifications and recommended updates). During those two weeks, with those changes and multiple reboots inbetween, as soon as I hit check for updates, it downloaded and installed whatever it found, no Download button. On a Virtual Machine, with Enterprise LTSB, the same policies did result in having the manual Download button.
I compared Enterprise and LTSB pretty deep... -There are no significant System license policies differences. -No significant binary differences -No significant registry differences And as you pawX says... the Group Policies work for Enterprise also. Who really said that LTSB let's you choose updates? What's the source of this Info at all?
