No problem. Wait for the final release of Start10 to have more options with the start menu. I know i will
I have a small list of customizations that I am looking for. 1) How do I delete/disable data logging? 2) Is there a way to remove the "New" for newly installed apps under the Start menu? 3) When a program crashes, how do you disable the menu that pops up that ask if you want to fix it and then attempts to send data? 4) How do I disable Cortana and Windows Search?
There is vgood guide for your first question: go to (www).msfn.org and then Windows 10 thread, then find - [Guide] Disable Data Collection in Windows 10 sorry but i can't post link (I'm less then 20 posts)

I'm searching for a few things : - In Explorer nav panel, i have the DVD in the "root" tree (align whith "this PC", "Quick Access" ...) and i have it under "This PC" again, like in the picture. Is there a way to delete/hide the "root" one, with the red circle in my screenshoot. - Also, is there a way to space up in verticality the icon in the nav panel ? - a way to configure in a reg key the accent color for the theme ? - And finally, a way to increase the space between the bottom right taskbar icons (sound, network ...) in a way like in tablet mode, but less wider?
i have a clean install win10 PRO and activated auto.BUT there is no Windows Defender option in Group Policy editor (Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Defender..there isnt this option)...Can anyone help or explain?
Hi guys, not sure if this is already asked or not. Back in Windows 8 or 8.1, if I bring the start menu, and start typing some application, let's say I type "calculator", the result showed correctly and when I press Enter, the calculator program start to run. Now in Windows 10, if I type "calculator", there's nothing being showed. It's just "calculator - search my stuff", which is not the real calculator program. It seems like the start menu program search is broken. How do i fix this? EDIT: Fixed by enabling "Windows Search" in services.msc.
You have to erase your entire hard drive and your motherboard must support the change (there is an option in bios to change it)
Don't mind the people below you, you can actually do this on the fly with a few clicks without loosing any data whatsoever with AOMEI Partition Assistant. Good Luck!
