    I did that already and the WSreset thing, still no go. :confused:

    Read the thread dude. As I mentioned, This is a fix for those who could not get rid of the Windows.old with disk cleanup

    its all good. I had to beat the thing 3 times before it finally went completely gone. Not everything is the same for everyone. :D

    Is there a tweak to add a Windows Updates icon back to control panel?

    If you don't like the new Edge browser, the old Internet Explorer is still there. Drill down C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and find iexplorer.exe. You can send it to desktop and create a shortcut or you can pin it to your taskbar.

    To disable cortana but keep search,

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Search]
    "AllowCortana"=dword:00000000

    you can always create new local account(Admin)delete your MSA, keep your files,reboot and recreate your MSA (Admin)and delete the local account.

    Does anyone know to create shortcut to desktop (windows update) or even better move to taskbar?

    Download Ccleaner. Will take care of Windows.old for you.

    No it won't for all. I have it and it didn't work with this build. That's why I posted fix. :tasty:

    I'm not sure if this can be considered a tweak or if it even works...But if you have problems with windows wanting to install its "best" version of hardware drivers this may or may not help. hxxp://i.imgur.com/9Ai1iFP.png

    Thank you. Did that and didn't work too. :(

    Maybe I'll just wait until after the 29th and have a go at clean installing this thing?
