Did you get that download on a speed test site? I've never gotten over 3 MBps on any corporate servers, e.g. Nvidia or MS. I had 25MBps service and downgraded now to 15Mbs and still have same speeds on corporate servers,on torrents, max 3MBps. Speed test sites all showed my subscribed speed correctly.
I installed Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB tonight to test it out and I have a question about the multi display taskbar. I want the same sort of taskbar as Ultramon gives, where you get a completely blank taskbar on your secondary monitors which only shows an icon in the taskbar if you have other windows on that screen. In Windows 10, it shows the Start, Search and the clock which I don't want to see on my second monitor. Anyway to customize it to behave more like Ultramon? Thanks.
There are few options on W10 that may help, but the multimonitor management is still poor, although better that in older versions. If you want really to tailor it to your liking you should use Displayfusion or Actual Multiple Monitor
Well, I don't need to add any particular feature to it, I just want to make it a blank bar. If this isn't possible to do with some registry editing or something, I'll likely just disable the Windows version of the bar and go back to Ultramon. Or look into Displayfusion and Actual Multiple Monitor as well.
I strongly advise all users to install the 14393.321 build from the scratch, instead of just updating Windows 10 all the way up from 1500. This is so far the best and fastest Windows 10 build. In the lasts months I were suffocated with disk usage on random times. Even disabling Superfetch, Windows Search and Windows Update didn't do a thing to reduce the disk usage. After formating last week and install the last build, 14393, the system is with all features activated and the disk usage is close to 0. All animations are smooth, Explorer opening is instantaneous and so the startup. I installed Windows 10 originally in late 2015, from updating my previous Windows 8 to Windows 10.

Try netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted This is by far the best overall setting. It also helps a lot with Remote Desktop latency when compared to normal. Disabled is OK in general, but tends to limit the speed (not significantly in most situations) for either high bandwidth or high latency connections.
