It disables any Windows Update activity, if required to install an update then stop service and open Settings to install updates or use Windows Update MiniTool. No, it's a standalone app. It is not included in winaero tweaker. Tweaker uses it own method to manage Windows update

Let me explain why i created the service. I am familiar with service disabling, but I faced the issue that the Windows Update service was started without my asknowledge regardless of that fact. Later, the operating system was restarted automatically to installed pending updates. So I made a sort of protection, which will track the service state. Now I can be sure that WU won't be re-enabled by ANY other service or event. Fixed Sorry)
Does this app track wus status periodically, or does it block the service the moment the os attempts to restart it in secret behind your back?
I can confirm that the application is 100% safe to use. What else to expect from the heuristic analyze? It CHANGES THE STATE OF THE SERVICE. The detection rate due to this is very predictable.
