    Although I am using this, what is so different between this and the Nov 2015 iso. Both need the same KB3140768 cumulative update of Tuesday.
    Maybe apps may have been updated as lesser app updates are required.
    The size is bigger at 4.11 GB too.

    Can anyone tell me what is SVF patches and how are it related to this february ISO files of windows 10?
    i have downloaded

    en_windows_10_multiple_editions_version_1511_updated_feb_2016_x64_dvd_8379634

    and as far as i understood, it doesnt include latest updates, but one needs to install those SVF patches to have all updates.

    I have looked for SVF patches for my downloaded version but i couldn't find it.

    Can anyone explain to me my dillemas?

    How is this two files related to each other since original ISO is english and SVF patch is PT, i guess portugise.

    The february update iso's don't have ALL updates, only the (by now superseeded) february updates.
