It really doesn't matter, with 3 simple dism commands you can integrate the needed updates to the original 10586.0 iso and it installs the 122 build, the 10586 feb updated will install build 103.
In this case, simple, I keep my 10586.1, you keep 10586.0 and do your dism integrate. So what's so important about keep your ISO up-to-date? By next month, there will be a different build, and 122 is out of date again. The only thing that matters here, is you don't have to do any extra integrate step to eliminate the SSD encryption bug, and you have the original ISO with verifiable hash directly from MS, not some home-brew crap. This sounds like some good reasons for me to go for 10586.1.

Yep, OP should keep the first post neatly arranged with ISO links that ppl post, or link to their posts for whatever language. Save ppl trawling through umpteen pages looking for their language.
