i don't normally post a comment like this but what a pathetic host @Enthousiast chose for these patches. i appreciate the hard work and will have patience
I had people test the host and they all said it was fine to use. All other hosts don't give the speed, have all kinds of ads/spam and/or harmful fake download buttons.
Instead of complaining, we can all chip in some money and get ourselves a fast host. I would definitely send $1 towards the cause...
I always used sendit and it downloaded fine but they changed their policy to only 250GB free storage and 500kbps restricted download speeds on free accounts, for full download speed downloaders would have to pay 2usd per month. The host i use now is 1TB for free and no special restrictions for download, it gives me 4-5MB/s download in plain firefox.

Since ver 1703 they restricted refreshed ESDs to Windows10 Upgrade Assistant the refreshed products.xml can be easily modified and packed to .cab to work with MediaCreationTool.exe /Selfhost but esd-decryption script is better
I also prefer to download the esd's manually and use your solution ps, my previous esd links also came from the UA tool, as i convo'd you back then
