Actually if ISO was created using abbodi's converter version 29 or newer, then it may be possible that you will be able to verify the hash by creating ISO from source ESD because of the change in esd-decrypter-wimlib-29 that allows to create identical files. Creating SVF from ESD created ISO to MSDN/MVS one is impossible, because of the compression.
That can be true, but to verify the hash from an TPB downloaded iso you would need to also do a conversion yourself to have an iso to compare it with.
I have converted the en-us 16299.15 and it was larger and obviously had another hash, so this particular ISO that poster has can't be verified.
