I had the same problem, removing nvidia gpu and booting with intel hd fix it for me, in virtualization it could be because of gpu passthrough with hyper-v. I don't know why it happens, i even installed the NVIDIA drivers with the guide but no luck I'm pretty sure its because you're putting "IntelGfx" in the guide he uses "Intel_Corporation" heres the command that he used "updateapp install "DriverPackage|X:\WCOS\DHCUDrivers\Graphics\iigd_dch.inf|Intel_Corporation-iigd_dch.inf~amd64~26.20.100.7158~bsp|0""
C:\WCOS\Tools>updateapp install "DriverPackage|C:\WCOS\DHCUDrivers\Graphics\64kb6472.inf|Intel_Corporation-64kb6472.inf~amd64~25.20.100.6472~bsp|0" UpdateApp - Update Application for Windows Mobile Staging update... Microsoft seem to say this will not work on any AMD processor - is that just the emulator or does it apply to physical device too? EDIT: apparently holds true no matter what. They released a thing in 2020 that only supports Intel processors. Unreally dumb.
It installed fine on my end, the guide to create a multiboot also worked perfectly. However, i can't seem to make it work with drivers. If i inject my video drivers, i'm booting to a blank screen with only a mouse cursor. I will try again another day.
I guess it's a placeholder. File Explorer in React...? Where's the Picard meme? Remember when they attempted to HTMLify the Windows shell last time? IE4 and Windows 98?
