There are a TON of these threads here, so is another really needed? Probably not... But here goes anyway... I'm not familiar with all of those threads and I did recently try two of them (Slimdown10 and Winhance). I was impressed, but not impressed enough to continue forward with them on my own Win10 systems. BUT... What about my two newest computers and Win11 ??? My two newest computers both came with Win11. But I hated it so d@mn much that they were both "upgraded" to Win10 LTSC 21H2. But that OS is only going to last me for so long. I don't give a rat's a$$ about "support", I'm talking about software that won't install. ie, TurboTax is a known "must use once a year" that will not install on anything but Win11. So my questions are simple - Can Win11 be OPTIMIZED to LESS THAN 50 background idle processes ? Can Win11 be OPTIMIZED to LESS THAN 500 background idle threads ? Can Win11 be OPTIMIZED to LESS THAN 16,000 background idle handles ?
