If you upgrade the CPU I don't see a reason why you'd lose your activation.

If I upgrade my processor, does it stay activated, is that correct?

Be nice. It isn't a requirement for members to be native speakers of English.

You have very good English for someone that's not a native speaker.

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise non-IoT non-LTSC with legit product key without scripts without 3rd party activator :)

    11 LTSC only in 2024.
Just best to combine with AMD Ryzen ZEN 8000+ Series 2nm (Revision/Step B2) !

Besides i might suspect that the ZEN 4 will make Microsoft sweat.
Microsoft will make very big changes to the Windows 11 core.
But on/with ZEN 5, probably Windows 11 will be a Windows 11 SE or Windows 12, as the changes to it's core will fantastic...especially that ZEN 5 will have Xilinx FPGA on board !
So imagine the stress at MS Headquarters.
Till now the cpu manufacturers needed to make their cpu Windows compatible..but from now on Microsoft itself needs to make their outperforming/outdated os compatible with ZEN 4 & 5..
So once again since Microsoft didn't knew how to deal with the first 64bit cpu AMD, and pulled the wow64 folder..now again MS will have to do the redesign Windows 11 CORE from the ground in order to provide ZEN 4 and the Monstrosity of ZEN 5 compatibility.
Hopefully AMD engineers combined with Xilinx engineers will have the last word to say..otherwise expect mass migration to Linux alike..

So bottom point is that Windows 21h2,compared with Windows 24h2 / 25h2 will be like the switch from Windows 3.1 to Windows 21h2 !
So the problem is not the HW but the SW !

I'm honestly starting to believe, that the avatar picture of @f23948 is completely accurate.
either that or he has a master's degree in trolling.

I also said it before, but it's not nice and I'm sorry about it.
There might be fellow users that are just wired differently and/or go over a language/education barrier, reaching out. That in itself is commendable.

Great job @f23948, it is an achievement. I believe you. I remember the first time I activated my XP professional license over the phone, even mispronounced couple letters. Felt liberating.
