With pt-pt ESD I got the same problem with translation and messed up shortcuts like with beta version Same with RP version
The translation thing on setup (from boot) is for ALL languages when using the Techbench ISOs or Insider ESDs. When the conversion went fine then this is not the place to further discuss this and please go to the dedicated and sticky 22621 thread.

Thanks for testing. Had downloaded twice because of the glitch. Primary mistake on my part for not fetching the "checksum". Probably instability of my wireless network.
Official downgrade to Home is not possible, it's not a virtual SKU. Maybe it could be done by manipulating the Registry (indicating Home is installed) and doing an in-place upgrade (using a Home ISO). However, that needs to be answered by others, never done it before. MAS works on Home, but you are not allowed to discuss it here (forum rules).
Can be various reasons, abbodi not being online, ESDs not released today (or in about 11min), etcetc...
