Different appraiser.dll version has different behavior for incompatible hardware.

The version of appraiser.dll in 22000.194 uupdump iso is 22000.1, inplace upgrade is not allowed.
The version of appraiser.dll in 22000.194 official iso is 22000.194, in place upgrade is possible if accepting the warning notice.

Hope there will be some modification of uupdump scripts to upgrade appraiser.dll to current version.

 

If you put DU KB5006587 with other updates, you will get appraiser.dll 22000.194

but UUP always provide them separately

we could get lower one before that

 

I meant that the new kb would be the new ssu, or is it oobe update again?
