Put the SSU cab and the LCU psf+cab files next to W10UI.cmd and run W10UI.cmd with admin rights, wait a while till it reports to reboot and done
a question, do i need to rename the files? becouse when i download them they have different names, second when i start w10ui.cmd do i need to press something or just wait?

Tried to create full PSFX using Abbodi's PSFX REPACK 4 but it fails... All I get is a very brief CMD window saying "Finished" and then it closes but no new file is created. Tried using both options PSFX2cabCLI and PSFX2cabGUI scripts with same negative results. Any help would most welcome JCC2
Bet one of your file is KB…..cab.cab Remove extra cab. Both cab and psf file should have same name but different extension.

Fix the ISO when you want to upgrade by ISO and keep the system offline, use any of the available working boot & upgrade fixes. When WU upgrading, when the tpm crap message appears, rename the existing appraiserres.dll one in "c:\BT~sources\sources\" to apraiserres.dll.bak and click "Fix issue" in WU.
