@Enthousiast Thanks. Best way for me is to combine cab and psf to create full_psfx.cab for LCU and use it with InstallUpdate-GUI-v1.0.0.exe to integrate updates into live system. I use W10UI_10.4 only for creating fresh wim. Why does Microsoft make things complicated? LMAO. BTW the regular (non pfx) version of W10UI skips the combined windows10.0-kb5004745-x64_LCU_65-full_psfx.cab while integrating into 22000.1 wim I wanted to keep 22000.1 base wim file for future updates.
Presumably this applies (only?) to fresh installs and in-place upgrades using (specifically) UUP Dump files ... in my case I had to enable 'DEV' channel (using Offline Insider Enroll) for it to be finally offered via Windows Update (running/testing .51 > .65 on VHD)
I created a .51 iso with uupdump and applied an in-place upgrade on a win10 system without dev channel enrollment. And windows update offered me the .65 CU update.
