No it does not handle KB5122055 correctly W10UI is more broad and cover all builds and more updates, changing sorting behavior for msu files might cause other effects and needs various tests unlike uup-converter which is more isolated predictable environment next insider builds for 26300/26220 will likely have higher KB number for the 2nd LCU, which would fix the issue by itself
