I used the original version, and it has the exact same error: en-us_windows_11_business_editions_version_25h2_updated_aug_2026_x64_dvd_6e2205f9.iso
I recommend this way because the uup dump iso is created with Home and Pro editions. If the error is similar to mine, installing Pro and its variants will reproduce the error, but Home did not. That is if the iso is made with DisableUpdatingUpgrade=0. When DisableUpdatingUpgrade is enabled, or if the base is Pro only, the error won't occur.
All my installs are done based on offline upgraded set-edition'ed SKUs based on Home, never had any problem, DisableUpdatingUpgrade 1 is a default setting for a reaso I stopped sysprepping with the appearance of 11, it is a mess by design
DisableUpdatingUpgrade=0 should be illegal, it's always causing problems default 0 is just a bad time saver
Bruh there is so much confusion regarding update channels. I swear MS said that they were simplifying things but ended up making things complicated when it comes to selecting update channel. Even the new so called "Context Menus" are extra additional layer on previous Modern Context Menus which in turn were extra additional layer on Win10 context menus.
